PET POLICY
*Not all complexes allow pets
*Pet weight - under 35 pounds full grown
*No more than 2 pets allowed
*Only 1 dog allowed per unit
*Pets must be at least 1 year old and housebroken. No puppies, no kittens
*Monthly pet fee $50
*Pet deposit one-half (1/2) month's rent
*Pets must be approved by management before they are welcome in the unit with a fully executed pet addendum
*No pet sitting or pet visiting allowed
